The hot stamping process is obtained through the incision of a printing block,<\/b> which is then heated. The foil is positioned between the substrate to be stamped and the printing block; the combined action of pressure and heat causes the detachment of the colouring layer of the foil, which applies to the sheet itself. <\/span><\/p>\n

This technique goes back to the use of gold leaf on the covers of books to be embellished; it is the only stamping process able to bring shine and metallic effects onto paper, cardboard, plastic and other substrates<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n
